Happy to hear that our compressor cutting machine come into the market. Are you interested in this compressor cutting machine?
What is a compressor cutter machine?
The compressor cutter machine from the BSGH factory is a kind of motor wrecker recycling machine, specially designed for cutting and removing compressor shells. After removing the motor shell, the scrap man can cut and pull all the copper winding wires from the scrap compressors easily.
This ac compressor cutting machine BSCC is used to process air conditioner compressor, refrigerator compressor, and so on, cutting and removing the motor shell. High machine quality and good machine performance make this new compressor copper recycling machine popular in the scrap copper recycling market.

We all know that it is difficult to remove the compressor shell because it is very hard, so you need a useful machine to remove the shell.
How do you scrap a compressor?
● First you need to remove the motor shell, and this compressor casing removing machine will help you.
This air compressor recycling machine is engineered to cut various shapes of the refrigerator and cooler compressor at high speed and with less wearing of blades, it cuts cases of sealed compressor units vertically and horizontally.

● The working process of the compressor shell removing machine:
1: Place the used compressor with casing evenly on the rotary platform;
2: The gripper clamps the compressor, the rotary platform starts to rotate, and the cutter moves forward to start the cutting process;
3: After the cutting process is completed, the cutter returns and the rotary platform stops rotating, you can take out the compressor manually;
● Second use the BSGH factory’s compressor recycling machine to pull and recycle copper scrap from the motor stator.

● The working process of the compressor recycling machine:
1: Use the cutter to cut one end of the copper winding;
2:Use the puller to pull all the copper winding wires after the cutting process is finished;
In the end, you will get all the copper winding wires with no metal copper loss, and 100% recycling. Are you interested in this motor wrecker machine?
Whether it is a refrigerator compressor or an air conditioner compressor, whether the compressor is the longer round shape or short round shape, both of our motor wrecker machines can handle it well, recycling all the copper from motor stators.
Do you have a scrap motor that needs to recycle? Or do you want to recycle copper from the motor?
