BS-AN125 Industrial Cable Stripping Machine For Sale

BS-AN125 Industrial Cable Stripping Machine is built for efficient separation of high-value copper cores from tough outer insulation layers. Trusted by recycling professionals across over 80 countries, this highly versatile stripper can handle a broad wire diameter range from 1.5mm to 120mm including single-strand square wires, thick feed cables, high-voltage lines, and heavy-duty armored cables-making it the ideal processing solution for independent recyclers, specialized workshops, and small-to-medium scrap yards.

Designed as a upgrade version of BS-AN120 cable recycling machine, BS-AN125 adopts three types of feeding holes design, capable of separating outer wire jacket in a single pass, no need for secondary manual stripping. Equipped with an enlarged frame and high-strength, wear-resistant blades, BS-AN125 cable peeler guarantees longer lifespan. If you have both fine wires and thick cables up to 120mm, it is a best choice.

Quality isn't just a promise-it's verified! Before shipping across the globe, our powerful cable stripper passed its final factory test for our UK client, Mr. Gareth.

Watch how easily BS-AN125 handles two completely different wires:

Left Side: Smoothly peeling through mixed wires.

Right Side: Dual-blade slices through rigid, multi-core armored cables like butter!

BS-AN125 strips away tough, thick outer jacket insulation instantly, leaving undamaged copper wire ready for resale. Unlike traditional stripper for one of wire, BS-AN125 fits for your yard's heavy, multi-core, and armored cable scrap. Now Mr. Gareth has received his stripper and achieving as the testing video shown.

BS-AN125 Automatic Cable Stripping Machine combines traditional multi-hole designs with advanced rolling blades. this model has consistently earned the highest customer satisfaction ratings among our large-capacity wire strippers.

BS-AN125 multifunction cable stripping machine has a reliable structure that combines robustness with high efficiency.

1.Cable Inlets: Consist of 1 press hole, 5 round holes, and 1 larger hole.

• 1 press hole: Specifically designed for single-strand hard cables, suitable for wire diameter of 1.5-5mm.

• 5 round holes: Handle common cables with diameters of 6-35mm, meeting various household wiring needs.

• Large hole with dual blades: Engineered for armored cables, with a processing range of 10-120mm.

2. Adjustment Handles: 4 top adjustment handles for quick adjustment of the cutting depth for different wire sizes.

3. Adjust Handle Wheel: Two adjustment wheels, one for the inlet height adjustment and the other for width adjusting.

1. Precision Dual-Blade Engineering

Engineered with an advanced dual-blade cutting system, BS-AN125 cable stripping tool guarantees a 100% insulation removal rate, preventing any damage to the inner copper core.

2. Industrial-Grade Blade Durability

Forged from premium high-manganese steel, our cutting blades have exceptional hardness and superior wear resistance, greatly reducing blade replacement frequency and minimizing your overall maintenance costs.

3. High-Efficiency Gear Motor

At the core of BS-AN125 is a heavy-duty gear motor. You can adjust stripping speed based on different cable types, ensuring a smooth operation.

4. Lower Labor Cost

Operators of all experience levels can master our automatic cable peeling tool quickly, effectively lowering labor training costs.

5. Global Safety Compliance

BS-AN125 heavy-duty cable stripper is fully CE certified, rigorously complying with international manufacturing and safety standards to provide you with complete operational peace of mind.

BS-AN125 electric wire stripping machine can directly strip a wide range of cables with diameters ranging from 1.5 mm to 120 mm, including single-core and multi-core wires for residential use, flat sheathed cables for household applications, industrial high-voltage cables, and armored cables, widely used in different-scale scrapyards.

1. Operational Safety & Material Feeding Protocols

• Always match the scrap cable diameter to its corresponding feeding channel. Insert large cables into large feeding holes, small wires into small holes, and standard flat cables into flat feeding holes. Note: BS-AN125 cannot strip ultra-thin or flat LED wires due to their minimal thickness.
• Do not feed scrap cables or wires longer than 1 meter. Excessively long wires will increase the risk of whipping or tangling, beyond operator control.
• Before peeling, confirm the rotation axis is turning correctly toward the designated right side.
• Never operate BS-AN125 outside its engineered technical specifications or try to force oversized materials through the holes.

2. Personal Protection

• DO NOT wear gloves or loose clothing while operating this machine. While feeding scrap wires, gloves can easily snag on sharp metal edges or insulation, instantly dragging the operator's hand into machine and causing fatal injury.
• Never touch moving parts, rotating components, or the active processing mechanism while the power is on. Never insert hands past the safety guards when the machine is running.
• Do not operate the cable stripper with safety guards removed. Guards should only be removed for essential maintenance by qualified personnel and must be securely reinstalled immediately.
• Before using, please fully read and understood these instructions. Keep children and unauthorized visitors completely away from the operational yard zone.
• Do not operate the machine in the rain. Always turn off and isolate the power immediately after use.

1. Frequently apply specialized oil to the sprockets and chains, and pack high-performance grease between the interlocking gears.
2. Routinely inspect the machine chassis for loose or missing screws. Tighten or replace any worn parts to prevent structural vibration and misalignment.
3. If blades damage, dull, or crack, stop working immediately. Blade repairs and replacements must be conducted by a qualified professional to ensure the longevity, cutting precision, and normal operation of cable stripper machine.

Once your BS-AN125 automatic cable stripping machine is completed and tested, we'll package it with multiple layers of protective packaging and deliver it directly from our factory to your port, ensuring safe transport and efficient delivery.
