Electric Motor Recyclers

Machine Description:

As name suggests, electric motor recyclers is motor dismantling device used to recycle used motors, and then disassemble waste motor to completely separate copper wire and silicon steel sheet inside to achieve process of crushing and decomposition.

Electric motor wrecking machine cuts metal copper wire at one end of enameled wire of stator and then pulls copper winding wire out from other end of stator with a copper puller, integrateing cutting function and pulling copper winding function.

And electric motor recycling machine is mainly to processed to different types scrap motors. Suitable for recycling stator of washing machine, water pump, submersible pump, air conditioner, fan, compressor, starter, small household appliance, etc.

Hydraulic stator-cutting system:

Tool is made of alloy manganese steel after two hard treatments, with long service life and good copper cutting effect;

Hydraulic copper-pulling system:

Grab head is made of alloy manganese steel that has been hardened to completely grab copper wire in cut stator;

Footswitch:

Footswitch, pull-cut separation, easy to operate with both hands when working.

Machine Technological Process:

First, support scrap motor stator on support column, and position motor stator by copper cutting positioning plate, and use one of footswitches to control cutter to cut copper coil of motor stator;

Then place cut motor stator on copper drawing machine, motor stator is controlled by manual switch to rise to copper positioning plate, and motor stator is limited by copper positioning plate, and then another footswitch is used to control pliers to make jaws bite copper coil, and copper coil pulls out from inside of stator to efficiently complete disassembly of stator.
