BS-1000 copper granulating machine includes 4 pcs of conveyor belts, 1 set of model 600 double-shaft shredder machine, 1 set of model 800 main crusher, 2 sets of air separation devices, 2 sets of magnetic separator machines, 2 sets of small vibrating tables, 1 set of models 1800 electrostatic separator machine and 1 set of dust collection system.
Cheap Copper Cable Granulaor Machine Usage and Maintenance:
After choosing a suitable machine, the serving time of BS-1000 also depends on an appropriate and timely maintenance.
The cheap copper granulator BS-1000 adopts bearings with high temperature lithium complex grease, impact resistance, serving for a long-term use if users regularly inject grease. Once the blade is passivated, it can be polished, meanwhile, the gap between moving and fixed blade can be adjusted to 0.15-0.25mm. Bearing needs to be replaced after working for 300 hours and its chain needs extra grease after 15,000 operating hours.
