Machine Introduction:

Our new affordable cable wire recycling machine BS-600 uses latest technology to process automotive wires, communication cables, and other types of miscellaneous wires and cables, has compact structure and stable and reliable performance. The new model assembles with a larger magnetic separator, shaker screen, and a cylinder, more convenient to replace blades and observe internal conditions of shredder, saving manpower.

(Copper wires less than 20mm in diameter are suitable, the single-conductor diameter of 0.2-0.3mm is best).

●Whole system is controlled by Electricity Control Panel.

Machine Working Principle:

Cable granulator machine BS-600 is mainly used for double recycling of metal and plastic from scrap metal wire. Machine crushes raw materials through coarse crushing and then separates metal and plastic mixture through separating. Since plastic and metal particles are uniform, but weight is very different, they are easily separated by gravity separator.

Start and Turn Off:

Turn on one by one from left side to right side. After you check every part is working right, you can start producing. Turn off one by one from left side to right side(Before you turn off Crusher, make sure there are no materials or very few materials inside)

Machine Vibrating Separation:

Copper granules come out of front outlet and plastics out of back outlet.

Problems In Separating Process And Solutions:

1). If some plastic granules are mixed with copper granules after separation, it is because bottom air at the Vibrating Table is not enough. Solution is to increase bottom air volume at Vibrating Table and meantime to adjust vibration frequency and suction air volume.

2). If bottom air at Vibrating Table is not enough or when its volume is increased to maximum, there are still some plastic granules mixed in copper granules after separation, check filtering part. If there is too much dust in the Air Filter (Figure 1), it needs cleaning immediately. Whether there is a lot of dust, should be promptly cleaned.

3). If plastic granules are too large, or some large plastic granules are mixed in copper granules, Chopper Screen needs to be replaced (Figure 2).

Square wires (whose copper size is big), need to use 4mm Or 5mm screen, and Communication wire( like network wires) need to use 2.5 mm screen. For other cables, you can use 3mm screen.

4). Use FREQUENCY CONVERTER to control Blower air and Vibration shaking speed. When copper comes with too much plastic, please add blower and reduce vibration shaking speed. When plastic comes with so much copper, please add vibration shanking speed.

Machine Safety Devices:

1). Motors have thermal relay to prevent burning motors when machine is working overloaded.

2). When any emergency appears, red “Emergency Stop” button on the Power Control Panel shall be pressed to stop machine immediately. Machine can be started again only when problems are solved.

Protective Devices:

1). There is a protective baffle inside the material inlet to prevent crushed material from casting out of feeding mouth.

2). High-speed rotating flywheels and belt transmission parts are covered with fixed protective covers.

Noise Level:

1). Machine's unloading noise level is below 80dB.

2). Special Note: When machine is working, noise would increase as machine's working load is increasing, so operator must wear protective earplugs in working.

Use & Maintenance:

In the case of correct selection machines, service life also depends on appropriate use and timely maintenance.

High-temperature complex lithium base grease is used for bearings, so they are high temperature resistant, good at impact resistance, and have long service life.

According to actual use, users shall regularly inject grease. When Chopper blades get blunt, remove blades and sharpen them with a blade sharpening machine, and adjust spacing between fixed blades and rotating blades to 0.15mm-0.25mm. Grease for bearings should be replaced every 300 working hours, and grease for chains shall be added every 15000 working hours.
