Machine Details:

BS-N125 dry recycling granulator machine is composed of main crusher, conveyor belt, air separator, vibrating table, dust collection, electric box, water cooling system.

Electric box: Control crusher, vibration, and dust collection system.

Conveyor: Transfer waste cables need to be processed.

Copper vibration table: Separating copper by vibration.

Plastic vibration table: Separating plastic by vibration.

Dust collection system: Collecting waste dust during the whole process.

Water cooling equipment: reduce temperature generated during processing.

Operating Steps:

● Machine Start-Up:

After installing all parts of the machine, connect three-phase power, and then test the machine.

● Test steps:

Open machine: crusher→conveyor→water pump→ front of dust removal→back of dust removal→air blower(note: frequency often range between 35 to 45)→separation

Closed machine: crusher→conveyor→water pump→separation →air separator →front of dust removal →back of dust removal

● Attention:

Close machine after stopping feeding, after raw materials in the crusher are almost finished then turn off.

When first using this machine, don't feed too many wires one time, step by step feed wires and be familiar with operation; when you are familiar with the machine, you can feed more raw materials and one worker operating is okay.
