How do you recycle your used radiators now?
Waste radiator is mainly composed of copper pipe and aluminum foil. And you know now many recyclers use copper and aluminum radiator separating machine to automatically separate copper pipes and aluminum foils and they focus on the simple and quick radiator crushing copper and aluminum separation equipment. BSGH scrap copper and aluminum radiator separating machine is a mature technology, which can separate copper and aluminum conveniently and quickly, and the efficiency is very very high.
The following are two types most popular copper and aluminum radiator separating machine from BSGH:

Why manual dismantling used radiator was eliminated?
| With the rapid replacement of the electrical and electronic automobile industry, need to be recycled copper and aluminum radiators are piled up like a mountain. In the past, scrap copper and aluminum radiators were manually dismantled. Manual dismantling method is not only backward in technology, but also very low in efficiency, and manual dismantling cannot handle much in one day. Moreover, the labor cost is very expensive. Of course copper and aluminum radiator separating machine requires very little labor and the operation is very simple,so convenient. Therefore, people gradually do not use manual dismantling of old radiators, more and more people use copper and aluminum radiator separating machine to recycle waste radiators and separate waste copper and aluminum foil. | |
What kind of used radiators can be recycled by radiator recycling machine?
Radiator stripper machine and radiator recycling plant is very useful. For air-conditioning radiators, car radiators, car water tanks, copper-aluminum water tanks and condensers, they can all be processed. As long as they contain copper and aluminum, they can enter the equipment for decomposition and separation.
The entire radiator stripper machine processing process is fully automatic and intelligently controlled, saving time and effort, and copper and aluminum recovery rate can reach more than 99.9%. Copper-aluminum radiator separator machine has been on the market for a long time and customer feedback has been very good. And the efficiency of the mechanized equipment is many times higher than that manual dismantling in the past. Good machine and good reputation have a great influence, and it continues to attract more investors to come and investigate. Factory good equipment to earn reputation to win the market, customers use good equipment for profit, and truly achieve a win-win situation. Radiator copper-aluminum separator machine really bring new dawn to the recycling industry.
