What is best distance of the moving blades and fixed blades?
The knife edge of the rotating knife away from the center bottom of the screen is 2mm-5mm. Distance between the rotating blades and the fixed blades is smaller, the better(generally the gap is 0 only not touch).

● 3: Air separator screen is blocked;
● The small mesh of the air separator machine is blocked.
Take down the separation mesh and check for the small black spots on the screen under the irradiation of light.
Are there any small black spots on the holes? If there are too many small black spots, it means that the mesh holes of the separation net have been blocked too much.
The unevenness causes the copper to come out with low clarity. When cleaning the mesh of the separation mesh, if it cannot be blown off with a high-pressure air gun,
It can be brushed with gasoline and then blown with a high-pressure air gun;
● 4: Air inlet is blocked;
● Clean the filter every shift. When cleaning, it is best to use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust on the surface of the filter. In order to use the air intake for the next time. After cleaning the filter screen, drop the separation screen on the separation bed, remove it, turn on the vacuum fan, turn on the variable frequency fan, and turn it on to the maximum, so that all the dust in the air duct can be removed. After the cleaning is complete, click on them one by one.
In the end, if the copper outlet has too much plastic, you should turn up the bottom wind and turn down the frequency of the vibrating table; If the plastic outlet has too much copper, you should turn down the bottom wind and turn up the frequency of the vibrating table.
