With following methods can increase the service life of your copper wire granulator recycling machine by 2 times at least

1：for the consideration of safety,Turn off the main power supply first during repair and maintenance for industrial scrap copper wire granulator machine. Turn off the switch in the distribution box.
2：oiling the main shaft for scrap copper wire granulator machine:used cable wire recycling machine main crusher rotating shaft bearing should often add grease ( generally should add three to four times one month of 300 - 500 high temperature grease ). Open the upper cover of the bearing housing for injection when greasing. Other motors may be maintained in accordance with international motor maintenance standards.
3：Air blower of cable choppers: clean the filter screens around the air separation bed in each shift. It is bettert to use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the surface of the filter screen during cleaning. So as to facilitate the air inlet volume during the next use. After take off the air separation sieve on air separation bed, with high pressure air gun to clean up the separation sieve, then open the suction fan of cable recycling machine, after open the variable frequency fan(means air blower fan), open to the maximum ( 50 Hz ), so that you can clean up all the dust in the air hose. After the cleaning is completed,install as the sequence.
4:Dust collection box of copper and pvc separation machine: When the dust collector is in production, open the upper filter bag door every 2 hours or so. You can tap the filter bag gentlely with a small wooden strip to let the dust on the filter bag fall. Clean in time for suction flow.
5：according to our customer’s experience,you should check copper and pvc separation machine rotating parts everyday and check the bolts whether loosen or not, this will assure the copper granulator machine working stable and won’t break machine parts because of the loosen bolts.
