Machine Introduction:

BS-1200P radiator copper and aluminum separator machine is designed by BSGH with invention patent, mainly used for separating copper tube and aluminum foil in scrap radiators. Through the blades and compression plate, BS-1200P has 100% precise separation rate and pure copper coil, selling at top price in the market, you can get higher returns.

BS-1200P copper and aluminum separator machine is consisted of a frame, 2 motors with reducers, feeding panel for scrap radiator material, cutting parts, transmission parts, and material separation parts. The radiator stripping machine is suitable for the flat and uncurved scrap radiators from air conditioner (AC), car and industrial refrigeration machine.

Machine Main Parts:

1. Motors: 2 motors, we use Dasu motor, it is Chinese famous motor brand.

2. Reducers: Use the Bo Shan Hong Yao reducers with excellent quality.

3. Electrical control parts: YooTai brand, stable performance.

4. Blades: Made of forged steel HHS, made up of 69 pcs blades (29 small blades and 40 big blades).

One machine can process three different copper tube center distances at most;

Usually, most of the scrap radiators in the market are 19mm,21mm, and 25mm.

Machine Structure:

Scrap AC radiator separating machine to cut aluminum foil and separate copper tube one time;

● First through the first row of the roller to pulling the raw material into machine;

● After via second blades roller to cut the aluminum foil;

● Third, the cut aluminum foil and the copper tube will work via third roller pressing, thus can reach fully separating one time.

Material Preparation: 

1. Iron heads of radiators must be cut off the two sides of radiators;

2. Radiators must be cut with a band saw according to the width of each Material Inlet;

3. Radiators that are more than 2 layers must be cut into one layer and two layers with the band saw;

4. Do not feed radiators into wrong Material Inlets (three inlets each are for 19mm,21mm,25mm radiators respective); 

5. This machine is suitable for processing one-layer radiators when it is shipped to customers. When you need to process two-layer radiators, remove the iron covers from the Lower Blade Roller to expose the blades. 

6. When two-layer radiators are processed, the left side of the radiators shall touch the left side of each Material Inlet, and the first copper pipe in the Upper Layer to the left side of each Material Inlet must be nearer than the first copper pipe in the Lower Layer to the Left Side of each Material Inlet.

7. For both one-layer and two-layer radiators, the left side of radiators must touch the Guiding Rulers are radiators must be fed into Material Inlets along with the guiding rulers.

8. When radiators are fed into Material Inlets correctly, each Feeding Gear at the Material Inlet must be at the middle of each two copper pipes; or copper pipes and aluminum will not be separated.

9. Twisted radiators can not be processed.

Process Steps:

1. Turn the Reversing Switch and check the rotating direction.

2. Inject oil into the two oil holes on the left and right side of the machine to lubricate transmission gears (usually once per 4 working hours).

3. Push different copper aluminum radiators into different Material Inlets according to their specs (19mm, 21mm, 25mm) for separating; the left side of radiators must touch the left side of Material Inlets, or the right side of radiators must touch the right side of Material Inlets (the first copper pipe in the Lower Layer shall be nearer to the Guiding Ruler); when radiators are pushed into Material Inlets, Feeding Gears will grab at radiators and take them into the machine.

4. After radiators are taken into the device, copper pipes and aluminum are separated and come out of the machine automatically.

5. According to the layers of radiators and their height, adjust each pair of Adjusting Wheels on the machine (after adjusting, tighten screws below).

Q1: Can you make a single-phase machine?

A1: BS-1200P fits for three-phase voltage, if you want single-phase, we can also custom-made for you but need extra fee.

Q2: What is the processing range?

A2: The center distance of 2 copper pipes in the level radiator is 19mm,21mm, and 25mm. If another center distance, we can customize it for you.

●When the radiator center distance is 25mm, it can process 14 pieces of copper pipe. the  processing radiator big width is 360mm

●When the radiator center distance is 21mm, it can process 10 pieces of copper pipe. the  processing radiator big width is 220mm

●When the radiator center distance is 19mm, it can process 10 pieces of copper pipe. the  processing radiator big width is 180mm

Q3: How many copper tubes can I  process one time?

A3: When the radiator center distance is 25mm, it can process 14 pieces of copper pipe at one time.

      When the radiator center distance is 21mm, it can process 10 pieces of copper pipe at one time.

      When the radiator center distance is 19mm, it can process 9 pieces of copper pipe at one time.

Q4: How long need I change blades?

A4: Usually, when the scrap radiator processing capacity reaches 300T, you need to change several blades, specifically rely on blades' situation. And we also have blades changing video for your reference.

Q5: What's the maintenance for BS-1200P copper and aluminum separator?

Q6: How to change the machine from processing 1 layer to 2 layers?

A6: When the radiator is 1 layer, you can process it directly. 

      When the radiator is double-layer, you can adjust the adjustment rod.

Q8: What's the processing time?

A9: You need a band saw to cut 3/4 layers radiator to 1-2 layer then our BS-1200P radiator copper and aluminum separator machine can cut directly.
