Machine Sorting Principle
1.Before entering the electrostatic separation high-voltage space, the material to be sorted must be pre-charged by a special device to generate a corresponding charge under its own collision
2.Because the particle size of the material in the separation process is significantly different from the congratulation of the material itself, the uniformity of the material particles and the weight of the material are also affected during the separation process. Next, the effect of the separation purity on the recovery purity can be improved by sieving different particle sizes, and the selection of the separation voltage can be adjusted to control the purity of the recovered material for particles with relatively small differences in particle state.
3.The high pressure required for the separation of different material particle sizes is different, so before the material enters the host, the crusher should be used to crush the material into particles or flakes of about 10MM, so that the separation effect reaches the ideal state.
