Machine Introduction:

BSGH hydraulic metal shear AS-60 is used for cold cutting various kinds of steel, metal and processing metals into qualified charging, which is suitable for metal recycling companies, waste steel factories, and smelting foundry enterprises.

Machine Structure:

(a) Overall structure

AS-60 hydraulic shear machine is composed of a mechanical system (host), hydraulic system (tank, pump, and valve station), electrical system, electric control cabinet button station) and other components, connected into a complete machine by electrical wires and hydraulic pipelines to complete all related work.   

(b) Host

Host comprises frame, hydraulic cylinder and other related accessories.

（1） Frame is composed of a base, a lower knife seat shear cylinder support welding. Base welding pieces of structure are used for fixing hydraulic station, lower knife seat, and other parts.

（2） Knife tool carrier is most important part of this machine. The front end is provided with a cutting knife (knife), intermediate shaft sleeve is provided with wear bushing. In order to wear after replacement, and is provided with oil grooves to ensure lubrication, and cutter shaft is connected with base. With upper tail pin shaft and a cutting oil cylinder connection, working cylinder drives carriage around turret axis swing up and down to accomplish shearing action.

（3） Hydraulic Cylinder

A Shear cylinder: Shear cylinder by two and a half pin shaft installed in rear part of machine frame shear cylinder bearing, piston rod head of cruciform joints using a pin shaft and knife rest is connected, when action of high-pressure oil shear cylinder piston, promote piston rod in cylinder for reciprocating linear motion drives carriage around turret shaft complete shear and return action.

Cylinder is a double-acting single piston rod cylinder, cylinder body is provided with a piston and is provided with a sealing ring, so that cylinder body before formation, after two oil cavities, when high oil pressure in front cavity or cavity driven piston movement, to cylinder to drive moving parts work; oil cylinder is arranged on mouth of the guide sleeve, is also equipped with sealing ring, used as a support for piston rod, guide, and seal; at same time cylinder mouth and cap fixed guide sets, and provided with a dust-proof ring to remove rubbish on piston rod.

（4） Other parts have a tool carrier shaft, a fixed guide plate, a movable guide plate, a friction ring, etc,  which are used for regulating shearing action of shearing machine.

A. Knife shaft is installed in frame in middle of knife sleeve, to support knife, knife work around shaft swing complete shear and return action.

B. Friction ring is arranged on both sides of upper knife seat of tool carrier shaft for nodular iron castings, which is used for reducing friction between knife rest and machine body.
